Miami Dolphins Foundation Coloring Contest

* Pick up a coloring sheet at your local library or you can download a copy.

* Color it in, as best you can.* Return it to your local library by Saturday, July 25.

A winner will be chosen at each of the libraries. Miami Dolphin's Foundation has graciously purchased books from the Scholastic Literacy Partnership for a coloring contest this summer.

Have you logged in any of the books that you have read this summer? There's just one week left to log your books for the Summer Reading Club. All elementary school age need to have at least 6 books and the Read to Me children need at least 20 books logged by July 25th to participate in our Family Celebrations. We want everyone to complete. Please visit us at the library or online to get your books logged.

For "Name That Tune. "How's you ear? Can you recognize songs? Listen to the music and see if you can "Name That Tune."

There are always two sides to every story and there are also many different ways of telling that story. Join us to learn some new and unique forms of storytelling with crafts and games. It will surely inspire your creative side.

Summer Reading Club Program for Elementary School Age

The summer's heating up with our fifth SRC program for Tween readers! Join us on Wednesday, July 8st at 2:00 pm for the third session of our three-part workshop "Make Your Own Manga - Part 3." This week we'll be expanding on the Graphic Novel you started two weeks ago and complete it!

The summer's heating up with our fourth SRC program for Tween readers! Join us on Wednesday, July 1st at 2:00 pm for the second session of our three-part workshop "Make Your Own Manga - Part 2." This week we'll be expanding on the Graphic Novels you started last week. You're almost there as you work towards completing your own Graphic Novel!

Move to your own rhythm! Everyone has one. Find the music that frees your spirit and get grooving! Don't be shy. You'll never know the joy of dancing unless you try. For elementary age.

Registration requested.You are cordially invited to a Fancy Nancy Soiree. In addition to tea, your hostess with the mostess will provide games, crafts and stories. Come dressed in you finest. Tiaras are welcomed.

Did you know that storytime is beneficial for babies? Babies learn all of the sounds needed to speak by their first birthday. The more words the child is exposed to and stories read aloud, the better they develop their language skills. The movement and fingerplay activities assist them with their physical skills. Babies will increase their knowledge. Plus, it is more time for parent/grandparent to snuggle and cuddle their child.

Bring your baby to the library for a special storytime just for them. Enjoy stories, songs and fingerplays. Babies will have time to play with our baby toys. Parents and/or grandparents will have time to socialize and network. So come and partake in all of the fun with your little one!
